Contact
Questions, corrections, account requests, and occasion suggestions are all welcome. Account deletion requests must come from the account's own email address.
A dedicated support inbox for Keepsake Studio is being provisioned, and the address will be published on this page as soon as it is live. Corrections found through the review process described on the methodology page continue to be applied in the meantime.
Reporting a problem with a code
To help us reproduce and fix a suspected problem quickly, please include:
- Where the code came from (for example, "a project saved in the Studio")
- What the code should open, and what actually happens when you scan it
- The printed size and the phone you scanned with, if scanning is the problem
- Your browser, if the problem looks like a display issue
Confirmed issues are corrected in the composition engine and covered by a new automated test so they cannot recur silently. See the methodology page for how Keepsake Studio codes are built and verified.
What we cannot help with
Keepsake Studio composes and styles codes; it does not host the destinations they point to. If a scanned link opens the wrong album or a page that no longer exists, the destination itself (your photo-sharing service, tribute page, or website) is where the fix lives — a saved project can be reopened and re-pointed at a corrected address, but we cannot change content on other services.
